PRE-QUALIFICATION – PRE-APPROVAL

In some situations, sellers may require that a prospect’s ability to purchase be confirmed before a showing appointment is even scheduled and that only pre-qualified prospects be given access to their homes. To ensure that I can show you the homes that you’ll want – and need – to see before making a smart buying decision, I must verify in writing that you have the necessary assets to buy upper tier real estate. If you prefer – or plan an all cash purchase – you can have your banker, broker or other financial institution simply provide a letter verifying that you have the necessary assets. A pre-approval may be an even better strategy as it allows me to negotiate on behalf of my clients without wealthy buyers having to reveal his or her full financial strength. A pre-approval is a powerful negotiating tool!
